Yesterday, I was at Londonderry Dodge for a "Peace of Mind" inspection and an oil change. On arrival I was greeted by the Service Manager (Raelene). She took the pulse and passed me onto the Service Consultant (James). He made sure of what I wanted. He kept me informed during the entire process, as I was waiting for my vehicle. There were no unnecessary actions and the cost was reasonable. The service department did an excellent job.

I was greeted at the door and sent to an advisor. To my surprise it was Danylyn who I knew from a previous dealership. Her customer service skills were a 10. She explained the Service Contract which I truly appreciated. I was happy with the service of my car and will be back. Please make sure Danilyn gets recognized for a job well done.
