They were great to deal with throughout the whole process. Fred was amazing to deal with right from the beginning, and I feel like the management/financial team went out of their way to help me in any way they could. I definitely would recommend buying a vehicle there.

The service team at Londonderry Dodge is amazing. I talked to Brian the first time I was there. The patient man asnwered all my questions and queries very calmly with detail. Daralyn at the desk is breezy. She puts the "S" in service. Genuinely one of the nicest people I have encountered when it comes to the service sector. I had to wait longer than expected because the dealership didn't carry the oil i needed for my vehicle (which i purchased there). It took 4 extra hours for them to find oil somewhere in the city. My floor mats were not cleaned (which they usually do) and there were technical hand smudge prints on my display screen in the cab. Overall, not as satisfactory as most other time. Only getting 3 stars this time.

Waiting an additional four hours due to oil availability is understandably frustrating, particularly when it’s a vehicle purchased here. We should have managed that situation more smoothly. Service was ok but could have been better. I was just bringing my truck in to get a windshield and oil change which turned into an all day thing so they kept it overnight. Let it to not be ready until closing time the next day so I feel that the time management was handled in properly, although the customer representative was very friendly and helpful but at the same time it took long. For her to get back to me on certain things which that would be longer for me to get my vehicle back.

My rogue is drivable great thanks to you guys the things I notice is the tire signals on and off plus the sign of like two wheels sign with star on and off . Thanks again Merry Christmas to all and happy new year to the coming year to come.
