Service was quick, efficient, and friendly.
Awesome service all the time
Quick and thorough service. My service advisor, Daralyn, is very knowledgeable and always helpful.
The service advisor was great. Service was in and out. Very little waiting time.
Great experience from start to finish. Our salesperson did an excellent job keeping us informed as to the status of the process right up to delivery. I would recommend the dealership to anyone thinking of purchasing a new vehicle!
Yesterday, I was at Londonderry Dodge for a "Peace of Mind" inspection and an oil change. On arrival I was greeted by the Service Manager (Raelene). She took the pulse and passed me onto the Service Consultant (James). He made sure of what I wanted. He kept me informed during the entire process, as I was waiting for my vehicle. There were no unnecessary actions and the cost was reasonable. The service department did an excellent job.
Very fast and service was Great!!!
Courtious and very friendly staff explain all work to be done
I was greeted at the door and sent to an advisor. To my surprise it was Danylyn who I knew from a previous dealership. Her customer service skills were a 10. She explained the Service Contract which I truly appreciated. I was happy with the service of my car and will be back. Please make sure Danilyn gets recognized for a job well done.
