Went in for a rattling noise in front drivers side, they had my car from 8:00am to 3:30pm (only because my husband called) to be told they put washers on the skid plate and was told this “hopefully fixed the problem” and in order for them to truly find out the problem they would have to take apart the car fully to see what the problem is. Well when I said I was having problems with my cruise control nobody offered one solution . I thought it was occurring due to a code still in my system... the female young on the other end got very defensive... anyway I was able to solve the problem on my own no thanks to your service department actually raylean and Darrel are excellent they probably would’ve helped the rest well whatever ...

Everything was great
Besides FCA Canada not owning up to their defective (in cold Canadian temps) air suspensions system constantly failing, I won’t hold that against the dealership that represents them but what I will hold against Londonderry Dodge Chrysler Jeep is the fact they told me my air compressor was dead and needed to be replaced (instead of replacing the blown fuse temporarily to test the compressor out). Expensive quotes. Was told that there was less than 2mm left on my brake pads. Had two other mechanics look at them both saying there was over 5mm left. Also tried to sell me a new fuel pump with a fuel sending unit that I needed even though there was nothing wrong with my fuel pump. Not sure I trust what I am told there now.
