They were straight up with us and did what we asked for and did not try to push any thing else on us
Took vehicle in for smell of burning oil 1 year ago, couldn’t find anything, on oil change, said needed axle seals, completed, still smelled oil occasionally, smell got stronger, scared to drive, thinking gonna blow up, booked an appointment for 7am, got word back at 3pm, said it was oil filter adaptor, took a year to find!!! Not very happy with my dealership!
All went well as to the work-order, but "NOBODY" mentioned the Twenty Dollar ($20.00) coupon that is in effect until March 31, 2019. As a "New Vehicle"owner from your dealership, this has NOT made me Happy! Please advise! RM Torrie

Everything was kinda ok I guess but was quoted a price over the phone few days before i booked appointment and got charged different price after car fixed

Booked an appointment got in right away I had a second issue after I picked up the truck they fixed it immediately ! That’s good service !
Service writer was nice but after paying for diagnosis the problem was not fixed
Big bill to repair def system. Then truck wont start when I came to pick it up. Now needs battery. Manager would not cover the cost. Never ever had problem to start until it went into service.
I have been a loyal customer for years, I think since 2011. I would greatly appreciate if this dealership will give me or their customer a complimentary service like other dealership does like car wash.
