The process took quite a while to fix. You ordered the wrong part which added almost a week of my vehicle being in your shop. It was not even fixed properly and I was having issues. Brought it back and they told me nothing was wrong with it. Still having issues my dad ended up fixing it for me. Very unimpressed.

Had an appointment for 11AM for oil change and two software recalls dropped off vehicle at 10:45 AM and told it would be done around 3:00 PM . Received a text at 11:45AM that I needed a front end alignment for $180. As I had an alignment a week earlier I said not to do alignment. I was not impressed especially when I was told my warranty would cover my service expenses then ended up paying 500 will do my own servicing on the vehicle which will be way less then taking it in to the dealership.

Let’s see. A bought a 2022 dodge Durango. When I get home I notice the license plate bulb is out. So I call them to replace it. They argue with me on the phone saying they have to special order in a $1000 light assembly for the entire back of my suv to replace this tiny $5 light bulb. I ensure to re explain what it is and they insist this is a $1000 job and the part will take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I go in once the part arrives, guess what. Didn’t need it. Think it's a scam by dodge that we had to pay close to $150 to change out a light bulb, in the old days it was simple to change out a burnt out light bulb. we went there to change out one light bulb out and ended up changing both out even though its only 78000 km on the truck and
