Experience was fine but the work was poor
We loved the service we got from our salesman Lyle and service department We were not happy with only having our van for a little over a week and the navigation doesn’t work when we took it in to have it checked said it was a short between radio and navigation and that there was nothing they could do for us in regards to replacing it we understand that it’s a lot of money for a new one we would have been happy with a used unit or had ours repaired but the manager said that was not a possibility as it’s not a safety issue bu... read more

Went in for a rattling noise in front drivers side, they had my car from 8:00am to 3:30pm (only because my husband called) to be told they put washers on the skid plate and was told this “hopefully fixed the problem” and in order for them to truly find out the problem they would have to take apart the car fully to see what the problem is. After leaving the noise was STILL there. They did nothing to fix it. We ended up the following week taking the car to an independent mechanic and he found the problem right away. Well when I said I was having problems with my cruise control nobody offered one solution . I thought it was occurring due to a code still in my system... the female young on the other end got very defensive... anyway I was able to solve the problem on my own no thanks to your service department actually raylean and Darrel are excellent they probably would’ve helped the rest well whatever ...
