Everything was great
Besides FCA Canada not owning up to their defective (in cold Canadian temps) air suspensions system constantly failing, I won’t hold that against the dealership that represents them but what I will hold against Londonderry Dodge Chrysler Jeep is the fact they told me my air compressor was dead and needed to be replaced (instead of replacing the blown fuse temporarily to test the compressor out). Expensive quotes. Was told that there was less than 2mm left on my brake pads. Had two other mechanics look at them both saying there was over 5mm left. Also tried to sell me a new fuel pump with a fuel sending unit that I needed even though there was nothing wrong with my fuel pump. Not sure I trust what I am told there now.

If my technicians made an error I will refund you the cost of the inspection and complete the brake job at no charge to make up for your time. Was told it would be a 2hr wait to get my Jeep in for oil change (express Lube) so I left it and took a shuttle home. I literally just walked in the door and got a call that my Jeep was almost done...are you kidding me?? So I had to call the shuttle guy and get him to turn around so we could go back. She did give me a discount so I did appreciate that just didn’t appreciate the lack of organization
Went in to get a reprogramming on my tipm. Had the wrong part they let us know and still charged us for it twice when we got the part ourselves and put it in ourselves. A fifteen minute job was charged for two hours taxes and an extra 35 dollars for shop tools?!? 35 dollars to plug in a computer?! Then kept my car an extra day because they close before anyone gets off work, and lock up your keys so the very nice front desk ladies can’t even let you pay and get your car back! I was unaware my warranty was expired so when I took my car In for an oil change /inspection ,they waved the inspection price and just charged me for the oil change 😄 ,I appreciate the savings
Oil change/tire rotation for $95.00??????? Even with half off the tire rotation!!! Midas gives free tire rotation with oil change!! Service advisor tried to up sell an Engine Shampoo!!! What the............??? Unreal!!
This was my first visit since the purchase of the vehicle in March which I felt was not professional or honest. However I had questions about some noises that I was hearing and the responses he provided did not seem off the cuff, for lack of a better wording.
