Everything was kinda ok I guess but was quoted a price over the phone few days before i booked appointment and got charged different price after car fixed

Booked an appointment got in right away I had a second issue after I picked up the truck they fixed it immediately ! That’s good service !
Service writer was nice but after paying for diagnosis the problem was not fixed
Big bill to repair def system. Then truck wont start when I came to pick it up. Now needs battery. Manager would not cover the cost. Never ever had problem to start until it went into service.
I have been a loyal customer for years, I think since 2011. I would greatly appreciate if this dealership will give me or their customer a complimentary service like other dealership does like car wash.
I was not satisfied with the overall service, my car engine light was on for three days because the mechanic failed to properly screwed the cap for the power steering, and the sensor on the air filter was never connected back to it spot.

got me in for an oil change with no appointment, i was in and out in 30 minutes. they vacumed my carpet, toppped up all my fluids and were very friendly.
Good day The lady called me to make a appointment to get my truck fixed. For 7:00 am on friday morning . When i got there the front desk says are tecs are not in till 8:00 am . If i would of know that i would of been there by 8:00 am. Having a appointment there means nothing and i probably will not come back there again .... My time is more to me then waiting around for nothing!
