What we really about this community is its very pretty - the grounds and the apartments and the staff members are amazing. The staff members are the best to deal with, they have not only been incredible to our loved one but to our family has well. They have been very accommodating and patient and been nothing but wonderful. The meals are great - food is a big deal to our loved one so he can be quite critical and he has been very happy. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and really listen to your needs. The price is affordable. The food is delicious and has a nice variety.
I think the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff is what really sticks out most about the facility. The apartment size is perfect for what my loved one needs. They do not have washers and dryers in the units, but they have a laundry room inside the facility. I would recommend Lone Star Living to others.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful at this community. This community was great and has pretty grounds and in a nice setting. I saw a community calendar and there were a lot of activities on it. My experience here and with my loved one was great.
The facility is very clean. The staff are friendly and answer all of my questions. Kudos to the new manager - he's excellent. He's personable, knows everybody by name, and you can go to him for help with anything. He has energy, and will call you back. There's a washer and dryer on each floor, and I was told that there would be washer/dryer hookups in the apartment. But after moving in, we found out that's not the case. Looks very good. Definitely a contender.
My sisters and I moved my dad here a week ago. He was very depressed. He already met so many residents and the move in process was just so simple and easier than we've imagined. Staff is so helpful and supportive. Meals are very good, apartments are nice and the price was the best we found in that area.
The staff members are very accommodating, very nice and they seem to really keep track of our loved one. When we call for updates they know exactly who she is, what she is doing, how she is doing and what she has been up to. Our loved one has also had no complaints so far. It is expensive, but if you can afford it this is a good community.
