Usually, I go to Ipic Theaters in Fort Lee or on Wall St, but tonight, I wanted to try this movie theater, which was once an Ipic Movie Theater. This movie theater could be better. Why do I say it? First off, when you walk in, no one is there to greet you, like in AMC or IPIC no one is there. But the customer service person sitting on the desk in the corner on his phone on top of it was rude as hell, and he was bored. : So, I gotta be real with you, the wait time for food was a major buzzkill. Waiting for a whole hour just to place an order is straight-up unacceptable. It definitely put a damper on the movie experience. The theater itself was alright, but the slow service really brought it down. There must be something wrong with me because I continue to try this theater out expecting better and they always fail . When we walked in for this mornings wonka show @ 1145 we were met with no one at the front desk, the bar tender came up to us as we stood there lost and asked to see the email confirmation, otherwise I'm sure we could've walked in for free. Horrible ! Don't waste your money coming here. I really thought I could give this place another try and just no. The customer service here doesn't exist. Again I am not a rude person I do not disrespect anyone. One of the employees literally intentionally bumped into me as I was walking out of the auditorium as he was walking in. On Sunday 12/31/23 my family and I attended the 6:45pm showing of Wonka. The theater was never cleaned from the previous showing and was filthy. We ordered our food 15 minutes prior to the start of the movie. 45 minutes into the movie I went into the lobby to look for a manager since none of our food arrived. I was told that the kitchen was closed and there was no food! This was New Years Eve with my family! just came from seeing Aquaman with my grandchildre. first when we walked in there was no one in the front to check us in ( whats the sense in buying a ticket) the theater was not ready at 4:30 and when they said it was ready it was still dirty getting an order in for food was challenging since it was so dark that I couldn't see my credit card when the food finally came, the popcorn was cold and stale and the food took forever to come out and did not taste good at all I would give this place a zero if I could and I won't be ... read more

I went to see a movie. The food sucked, I got chicken tenders and loaded fries. The chicken was way too salty and the loaded fries were cold. Then I ordered other food, but the service of the employees was really bad because they forgot some of the food. Also, the process of ordering food is very annoying and distracting to use.

So poorly managed and incompetent staff. Wasn't happy about the fees to book online which is the norm now to buy tickets but that's nothing. we were the only ones in the theater.. the app is ridiculously annoying especially when you have older people with you. You can't even scan the QR in the dark someone has to hold their phone flashlight for you... get your credit card out, etc. I've said I wouldn't come back here before and now I remember why.
