Peasant. Smells like sewer Drinks come 30m after you order Broken locks in bathroom. Good thing is I can sneak food drinks and drugs in and these pendejos don't know. Bartenders suck. Kids

Food took longer than I expected. Took and hour to get my food . That's an hour into the movie . Pizza was disgusting, don't know if it was expired or maybe wasn't cooked all the way . Never again, not only that but I was forced to pay for tip since it wasn't an option to not tip . 8$ tip for pizza and nachos . Doesn't take long to put a frozen pizza into the oven . Pizza was 18$
If I hadn't signed up for the Infinity Club that basically gives you "free" movies after a number of visits, I would never frequent this place. A good number of the seats are run down and broken. And the food service is ABYSMAL. I attended an afternoon screening on 4/27/25 and ordered through the theater attendant at least 15 minutes before the movie started. This theater takes forever to bring food/drinks when you order from your seat I've actually waited 45 minutes twice! when I have visited this theater we were even there early, and there were hardly anyone inside ? I don't understand why when you order just popcorn and a drink, it takes 45 minutes to bring to you??

Previously gave a positive review to Look due to the abundant seating, happy hour deals, and cheap membership plan. However, there are enough negatives about Look that I can't really recommend it as a regular theater experience. There have been a few movies in the wrong aspect ratio, and there is a clear disregard for using the full screen when it is in the correct ratio. I came here and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the manager, Troy. We were waiting on our food and drinks for over 30 minutes. I had to leave the theater to come see what was going on and when I got to the front, they said that they came to the theater, but nobody was there. My family and I have been sitting in the same seats for the entire time and they refuse to admit that they didn't bring it properly. How can you improve? 1- fix the seats. They are disgusting. The fake leather has peeled off 90 percent of them. Spring for real leather. In the end, it will cost you less. 2- the service is way too slow. 3- the blue lights for cooling down drinks or whatever are good in theory but they don't work and they flash blue and completely took me out of the movie because the entire row was blinking neon blue. 4- both gender bathrooms were a disaster. that Angela employee seemed so nice and helpful but it's not nice to pay $100 and not get the product and so rudeness of the employees. Is there customer service that can help resolve this concern. I called guest services per manager recommendation and no one picks up the phone. I feel ignoring customer is terrible customer service. so that's why I left 1 star and it's really criminal if you expect me to pay for a yearly pass just because no one helps me register the code that I already paid for.

I'm give it 2 stars because the Tuesday price is 7 dollars. You are better off going to the theater and purchasing the tickets because you don't have to pay the convenience fee that they tack on when you book online. I don't drink but a tall can of truly is 10 dollars so it's pretty pricey for cocktails. I have had the cocktails before in the past and they are not worth the price.
