Tacky Alamo theatre want to be. It was dirty from when you first step into the building to when you walk out. We ordered one drink a non sweet tea and they brought us a soda. We asked them to replace the drink and they brought us tea that just tasted like dirty water. We then asked for just water and it was faucet water. On my way out I went to the bathroom and it was filthy. The urinals had the biggest puddle of pee oh the floor.

Beforehand, my apologies for the profanity. I wanted to get this to upper management exactly how the incident occurred however, we've called, sent emails and left voicemails yet, nobody seemed to care and have yet to receive a response. We had the worse experience at your Glendale location on Tuesday 11/26/2024. It was 4:23 pm and we were told the theatre would be ready in 10 minutes. This is our usual theatre, and today will be the last day we come here. This place has never been great but never been that bad. It's bad now. The movie ended and the food I ordered 10 minutes into the movie never came. Long story short, my experience seems consistent with other reviews. We bought tickets for a show and we were not able to go. We couldn't get through to get a refund even though we called within the hour before the showtime. We called and left a message later and someone called and told us to call back with the times we'd like to reschedule for but it's been days now of not being able to get through and rebook the tickets. So frustrating dealing with this lack of customer service.

Where do I start. We arrive here at 8 to see Moana at 8:30. Once we arrived we weren't greeted. I asked where our theater was and they told me downstairs didn't even scan my tickets. This is my first time at this theater so I was lost as where to go. When we finally got to our destination and went inside the worker told us we had to wait outside because they were cleaning which I get but they didn't let us go inside till 8:30 and the movie starts at 8:30. Showed up 15 min before film, theatre was stacked with dirty dishes and not clean. Movie was at 10:15pm, did not sit down for movie until 10:28pm due to cleaning. Then kitchen closed 5 min after sitting down. Staff complained at every second they were under staffed but were all red eyed and joking around. Where is the manager? Why was our experience the worst movie experience 3 people have had in our combined lives??? For the price you pay it's not worth the experience, go elsewhere.

Made the mistake of giving this place another chance. It is not a dine-in theater, it is a serve-yourself theater. If you need something you'll have to get up and go look for it. Ordered online via a QR code and then waited an hour for a drink before getting up and walking to the bar across the alley to get one directly. The one I paid for online never arrived. All the other 1 star reviews are pretty spot on. I don't understand why there's no change from management, it's the same thing over and over, rinse and repeat. Plus it's not just this location, it's ALL the look Dine-In theatres that have these reviews, the problem is clearly systemic. I feel awful for the staff, because it seems like it's maybe 4 people trying their best (?). Horrible experience!!! Ordered food and drinks!! Waited 45 minutes or drinks (water and other beverages), and still no food or drinks. We then asked about food and drinks and young man then immediately came with our food cold. Still almost an hour and no drinks!! Service here is horrible!!
