This place is sadly falling apart. All the restrooms are dark and very very dirty. All the chairs are broken and ripped up and the food is so awful. So extreme salty and inedible. It's sad. This could have been a great thing.
We were visiting Glendale and decided to go to the theater. The seats we originally paid for were horribly torn so we moved down one row to seats that were better. When we arrived to the theater a young man took our order. All we ordered were 2 sprites and a slushee. The time we ordered was 8:10. Our movie began at 8:20. Our drinks did not arrive until 8:55! Why it took 45 minutes I'll never know. Not good service at all. When we inquired we were met with annoyed employees
I took my gf last night to see the new film CaptainAmerica: Brave New World. This was the 3rd time we've been to this place & have seen Avatar: The Way Of The Water & CIVIL WAR. When it comes to after ordering food & needed service after the movie there's no one to help us. No complaints about the food or watching the movies. It's a really beautiful place that just needs some updates, and the ripped seats could use some stylish red or black seat covers. It's a shame that they can't afford a little renovation being that they're in a very upscale neighborhood. We were alone in the building on a Wednesday night which was odd but nice to have our own private screening room. The food was really good. For ordering, DO NOT USE THE APP. The tip does not go to the servers if you use the app to order and pay. In order to tip the servers, grab a menu when you walk in, use the call button on your seat, and speak to the server to order and pay. It is absolutely insane that this theater chain allows the app to keep the tips paid by customers.
First time being here and I wish they had parking for this movie theater. I did not like the dine in theater waiting for 2 drinks only for me to go get myself ones. We noticed there were drinks sitting at the bar for who knows how long.. watered down. Noticed a staff member go check the tickets and walked away instead of delivering them yo those customers I've been to other dine in theater and this was not it.

If you are here just to watch a movie and don't care about the seats and service you come to the right place. However, the theater needs lots of work. It seems like maintenance is overlooked and nobody is working to fix the issues.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! I've been to this theater before for to the dine in experience and every single time I come here the service is horrible. Do not waste your time coming here. They're always "short staffed" no matter the day. I literally had to wait an hour for 2 icees.. This will be my last time coming here, I can't even enjoy the movie I paid for I'm writing a review as the movie is playing. This place is a fucking joke.
