My Uncle has been resident in Lostock Lodge for 12 months. He has settled in really well, is receiving excellent care and the staff treat him with compassion and respect. The management and care team have been receptive to any minor issues we have raised. The team not only care for the residents but for the family too, they always make us feel very welcome. It's very reassuring for the family to know that he is in a safe and caring place with excellent staff.

Visited my friend at Lostock Lodge care home recently. She has been in respite here and has absolutely loved it. Says it been like home from home. Such lovely staff. Home has an outing in the minibus and she really enjoyed having the opportunity to do this.

Everyone is friendly and the care my husband is receiving is excellent. Well done everyone. Each day when I go to see him the staff are amazing and very professional but more than anything they are caring for all the patients

Lisa Admin. Lisa Receptionist. Hannah Senior. Steph Manager. Nonya carer. Ellie carer. Emma Hostess. The staff are wonderful, they are so caring, friendly and very helpful especially the names above. I know my husband is being treated exceptionally well.

My husband has been a resident for several months and his care has been excellent. His needs have been fully met and he has been treated respectfully consistently. I feel welcome and heard when I visit.

This is such a wonderful place. Immaculately maintained. It gives real hope for the care and love shown to older people who may be otherwise overlooked. The people who work at Lostock Lodge are angels.

All the staff at Lostock Lodge are extremely warm, welcoming and professional. They engage with the residents well, creating a happy and caring environment. The communication has been good and I feel well supported by management and the team whilst my mum settles into her new home. They have been adaptive to her needs and go above and beyond to ensure she is well cared for. The accommodation is great, both clean and well-maintained and the food is excellent. Overall, a very positive experience.

Found the home to be extremely clean. The staff were very professional and were very engaging with everyone and always ensured that only my friend was okay they made sure I was too.
