We visited Lostock Lodge Care Home when we were invited to a 100th birthday party of a family friend. What a wonderful care home! Everything from the reception through to the toilet and event space was clean and tidy. There were plenty of staff on hand to answer any questions and the spaces that are used to host parties or coffee mornings are immaculate. My Mum is very happy and settled in Lostock Lodge. She sometimes thinks she will go 'home' soon but has gradually become much less stressed than she was at first. I am happy with the care they are taking over her being hydrated enough which has been a problem all her life. I am happy that she has a group of friends and that having observed that the group was tending to put each other off from going to a different floor, the staff have split the entertainments up floor wise so they are more likely to take part. We came to visit my dad and as we arrived there was a 'car wash' going on in the carpark. Wheelchair residents having their wheels washed under the rainbow sprinkler. Everyone looked like they were having a great time. We love how the care home comes up with these ideas for a bit of fun. Really raises everyones spirits. We are really pleased we found it here for dad

Excellent respite care. The staff were friendlym caring and always willing to help. They were extremely welcoming from the moment my mum arrived up to the moment she left. She was made to feel special and was included in everything. As family, we were kept in the loop and had great peace of mind that she was being looked after thoroughly.

My Uncle has been resident in Lostock Lodge for 12 months. He has settled in really well, is receiving excellent care and the staff treat him with compassion and respect. The management and care team have been receptive to any minor issues we have raised. The team not only care for the residents but for the family too, they always make us feel very welcome. It's very reassuring for the family to know that he is in a safe and caring place with excellent staff.

Visited my friend at Lostock Lodge care home recently. She has been in respite here and has absolutely loved it. Says it been like home from home. Such lovely staff. Home has an outing in the minibus and she really enjoyed having the opportunity to do this.

Everyone is friendly and the care my husband is receiving is excellent. Well done everyone. Each day when I go to see him the staff are amazing and very professional but more than anything they are caring for all the patients

Lisa Admin. Lisa Receptionist. Hannah Senior. Steph Manager. Nonya carer. Ellie carer. Emma Hostess. The staff are wonderful, they are so caring, friendly and very helpful especially the names above. I know my husband is being treated exceptionally well.
