We were in the drive through, which moved smoothly as there was a live order taker with a mobile unit. They just opened, and workers are new, so they might not have tried all the menu items. (Just a side note when asking for recommendations.) Hot tip: if dining in, avoid parking in the stalls directly along the drive through line. We loved our experience at Lotteria! We ordered the shaken fries (one cheese and one onion), rice burger, shrimp burger, and bulgolgi shrimp burger. We loooooooooved the shrimp burger! It was so tasty and had yummy sauce. The rice burger was really good too! It's giving Korean In-n-out with the simplicity of the menu, but BK quality food. The shrimp burger was worth it but bulgogi wasn't by itself. I'd recommend combining both if you have the chance. The shake fries were really good as fans of potato corner. Overall, glad that this place made it across the Pacific to add fast food diversity, but will come once in awhile.

If I had to wait in line, I'd likely give it 2 stars. Luckily, the hype is over and there are no more lines! The shrimp burger was fantastic, and I will come back and order that. The bulgogi burger was decent, but I'm not sure if I'd order it again. The fries taste like jack in the box fries, and I'm not sure if I'd get them again. The onion flavoring was pretty good though. The interior reminds me of in n out. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but if I'm in the area, I'd stop by.

I honestly tried not to have too high of expectations but I was pleasantly surprised! I tried their bulgogi burger and their shrimp burger. I really enjoyed both of them but the bulgogi burger is my favorite! I LOVE how crispy their fries are. And don't forget to try their onion and cheese flavor shake it fries. Also tried their cup bingsu which was decent. I will definitely be coming back on the future!
