The food is amazing. I have no complaints on that end, but I took a couple of stars off because the place is so cold you can't eat comfortably unless you have a thick coat on. They keep the A/C at full blast. The food gets cold faster too. They really need to lower it a bit so you can have an enjoyable experience.

Food was okay. Bulgogi burger is a bit sweet for me but kids love it Shrimp burger is good and the shrimp patty was thicker than what I had years ago hahaha Service is friendly. You can order from Kiosk or in person. Smaller dining area but clean and spacious I wouldnt really go back unless my child asks for it.

I've been to lotteria in Korea and I can say the food taste the same as it does here. Is it the best food ever? Not really. I definitely do recommend the shrimp burger and the seasoned fries if it's your first time trying, but I wouldn't wait longer than 10 minutes to try the food. We went quite a while ago when the hype was still there, and we waited for about 45 minutes. BUT, the employees were so kind to provide waters and umbrellas. We got two shrimp burgers and one bulgogi deluxe burger as recommended by a lot of reviewers. As expected, shrimp burgers tasted great with lettuce and their special sauce. My husband really enjoyed the bulgogi deluxe burger, the sauce and bulgogi ratio were just right. I would like to try other items on the menu next time. Highly recommend if anyone would like to try Korean style burgers!

I would give it a 7.5/10 partially bc I should have tried the burger separately. The shrimp burger was great. Loved seeing the shrimp pieces in the burger. Bulgogi tasted like umami and yeasty fusion with a hrger. Didn't hate. I think I'll have to try it on its own.

Tried Lotteria out of curiosity -- Korean fast food with some unique menu items you don't see every day. I ordered the Bibim Rice Burger with fries, and it was definitely an interesting experience. Instead of a traditional bun, the burger uses pressed rice patties, which was cool but definitely requires a little strategy to eat. It's good a worth a try. I've been wanting to check out this place all summer but I heard there were super long lines. I visited recently about an hour before their closing time and there was absolutely no wait. Glad we waited. Don't get me wrong. The food is good. And this is definitely a unique taste. It's just not, stand in line for hours good. I had a shrimp burger, which is pretty much a "fish filet" you would get anywhere else. Just go back to Korea and stay there. America needs to stop bringing over popular fast food chains from other countries to America and make it worse. Do better.
