I would just like to thank all the staff involved with my aunties care at Lyle house They take good care of her and make sure she is safe and happy . Recently my aunt had a fall and the quick response in making sure she was comfortable while waiting for an ambulance was brilliant So now she's back at the care home she can now move on with her recovery and I know that the staff will look after her Thank you all x

Me and my daughter visited my aunt today at around 10.30am my aunt was very well and happy the staff were exceptional so caring all the staff I came into contact with were really lovely and you can tell they really care about the residents they are also lovely to the visitors the care home is very well looked after clean and looks lovely ( I would love to reside there when I'm old enough !!) I am so glad my aunt is so well looked after I think she is very lucky Kind regards sandra

Lyle House is a wonderful, extremely well managed environment. The manager and another member of staff create a great place to work and a lovely place for the residents to live. My siblings and I rest easy knowing that our Mother is well extremely cared for. The home has a lovely family feel, and that very much comes across in the way staff and residents interact. Everyone at Lyle House has been so welcoming and helpful during my mother's move into Lyle House. I'm delighted that she has started eating and drinking again now that she's moved in. And I'm most impressed by the constant care given to all residents during the day.

I stayed for a week in respite care. My overall impression was excellent. I didn't take part in the activities because of my condition, although invited to do so, so couldn't comment here. I have a special diet and so provided much of my own food which staff were very good in assisting me with, hence satisfactory. If in for longer I'm sure the kitchen would be able to provide food more suitable for my diet.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Lyle House Care Home for the support and opportunity to leave London and meet other members of my family in Russia. I was reassured that my mum would be happy, content and well thanks to the hard work and dedication of the staff. Lots of thanks to everybody!

Staff are very happy when we walk in and it continues until I leave. It's clean and tidy when visiting and my wife seems to be happy.
