Since day one Lyle House have made not just Mum feel at home but also us as her family. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Nothing is to much trouble, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The home is like one lovely little community. Clean warm and inviting.

Beautiful place with beautiful people - made Mum feel welcome from the minute we walked in for her week of respite. The home is like a 5* hotel, not like any other care home we have visited, highly recommend.

Why did you get rid of such a lovely receptionist? I enjoyed coming in, even waiting to be connected on the phone the young lady was so kind and thoughtful. She cared! She made me and my family feel at ease and always answered our questions. I'm very disappointed that she is not a receptionist anymore. The old manager was not nice at all. The home is understaffed and the best people are worked to the bone. Beautiful home and lovely surroundings, I must say and the food is fantastic!

Your overall care is outstanding and on my visit, I felt extremely comfortable in the way it was carried out, it was calming and though we were self-distancing I felt close to my relative. We were welcomed with a drink which I thought was a kind gesture. I was pleased to meet several members of staff who l felt were very compassionate toward my relative and ourselves. Thank you and l look forward to my next visit.

Our experience of Lyle House for both my parents has been excellent! All the staff are very caring people who go above and beyond for the residents. They do an amazing job, and we are very grateful to you all.

I couldn’t be happier with Lyle House, the staff, facilities and care my nan is receiving. I live far away and the social media posts mean everything to me.

Our Mum moved to Lyle House in the Spring of 2019, and we are so pleased with how well she is looked after and in particular the kindness of all the staff. The layout of each floor is perfect for our Mum, as she will always see the carers pass her room and they pop in for a friendly chat if they have time or Mum goes to sit in the dining room with others, this is particularly important for Mum as she often gets lonely, confused and forgets where she is. Beautiful facilities and hardworking staff. My mother's health needs are well met. Meals are lovely and the manager is kind and caring. There are great new facilities for activities in the setting but these are not yet well used by residents.
