I have to say that I was very impressed by the corporate customer service I received. They fully refunded my original payment so I could go get my color corrected. That speaks to their integrity as many other places would not be so willing to go tp such lengths to keep a new customer. Which they have done as I will go again and give it a second chance at a different location.

I love this place!!!!!!! My hair looks natural and feels great. My hair looks healthy. And they have my color in their system so when I go in. They know which color I need. I splurge for the blow dry which is worth the time and money.

Sarah is an incredibly talented colorist and GM. She delivers high quality work and runs a great shop. Everyone there is sweet, the place is clean, and the blow outs are . Reasonable prices and validated parking behind the shop.

Pleasantly surprised! Made my appt online for roots and blow out for 12pm. I was in the chair at 11:50. My colorist, Myra, asked me some questions and choose the color. She put the barrier stuff which I was grateful for (hate when the color stains my skin). I was offered water, tea/coffee while I waited 45 min for color to set. Also happy the timed it 45 min, 30 min is not enough for grey coverage! Timer went off, hair was washed and conditioned. Everything was super clean and everyone was nice. My blowout was excellent! Worst customer Service EVER!! I booked an appt And within an hour or less cancelled that appt Since I bought the membership that should have been cancelled also but they're charging me for a month when I've never been there before. The app and customer service is impossible to reach anyone so now I have to do this thru my credit card.
