I have to say that I was very impressed by the corporate customer service I received. They fully refunded my original payment so I could go get my color corrected. That speaks to their integrity as many other places would not be so willing to go tp such lengths to keep a new customer. Which they have done as I will go again and give it a second chance at a different location.

I love this place!!!!!!! My hair looks natural and feels great. My hair looks healthy. And they have my color in their system so when I go in. They know which color I need. I splurge for the blow dry which is worth the time and money.

Sarah is an incredibly talented colorist and GM. She delivers high quality work and runs a great shop. Everyone there is sweet, the place is clean, and the blow outs are . Reasonable prices and validated parking behind the shop.

Pleasantly surprised! Made my appt online for roots and blow out for 12pm. I was in the chair at 11:50. My colorist, Myra, asked me some questions and choose the color. She put the barrier stuff which I was grateful for (hate when the color stains my skin). I was offered water, tea/coffee while I waited 45 min for color to set. Worst customer Service EVER!! I booked an appt And within an hour or less cancelled that appt Since I bought the membership that should have been cancelled also but they're charging me for a month when I've never been there before. The app and customer service is impossible to reach anyone so now I have to do this thru my credit card. It's on a very rare occasion that I like the way my hair turns out when I get it colored and highlighted. Usually despite keeping the color in for a long time my grays don't get covered and my highlights always turn out brassy but not this time. It was my first time at Madison Reed with Leeann as my colorist and I'm blown away. She did such an amazing job on my hair I got a root touch up and balayage and it was literally perfect. Thank you Leeann for one of the best color jobs I've had! I will definitely be back!

Like the focus of this salon- color only. Ive been here a couple times. I found it to be pretty consistent. I only awarded at three stars because I booked a specific appointment time and when I got there, they did not take me until about 40 minutes later which to me is unacceptable. My time is very valuable, and their appointment system online is very specific about time. That being said, I will go back once more and if that aspect of the experience improves, I will continue to patronize them.
