I've used Madison Reed for years, great product! So happy I don't have to do it myself anymore, salon is clean, quick and nice staff! They blow dry much better than I, but nice that they have a self dry counter too.

It's good, but it's hit or miss depending on who you get. I wish they had a way that you could get the same stylist. The color is excellent and it is very good if you have sensitive hair/scalp like I do. I keep coming back because I love the product, but I do feel this place needs to work on customer loyalty- as well as giving you the same person if possible. Overall, I do recommend this place for hair color.

After hearing about Madison Reed on so many ADs I decided to give it a try. It felt like an express salon experience. I'm not sure how the stylist are trained but it felt like my friend was dying my hair at home. They have two separate stylists one to dye your hair and one to wash and blow dry. The girl who did my blow dry was really nice but struggled with my hair and left it wet which wasn't a big deal to me, maybe next time I will not add the blow dry. I liked the color they used on my roots. It looks very nice and natural. I also like that I could self style my hair at the self style bar and dry my own hair.

I had a good experience here today however...I went for a root touch up. My grays are still visible and it is not a very good match to my prior color. I am thankful though because it looks better then it did before. No one checked to make sure of the processing and color. The wash was really ice and the blowout great. I was I a pinch so I needed this done. Just glad it is but not sure the price is worth the outcome.

Their product saved me through Covid. I decided to go to the color bar. Brianna was great. She could see all of my past colors and we discussed what to do because I was thinking of going grey. I decided I wanted to be blonde still. I was asked to wear a smock and Brianna made quick work of my hair. I want to clear up some of the complaints people posted.
