Love this color bar! I've been using Madison Reed's at home color care for my roots and it's been amazing. I decided to get an all over color at the color bar and it was a great experience. The staff was awesome and they kept the salon in prestige condition, very clean. The color turned out great! I really like the fact that you can style your own hair if you wanted to. They provide products and tools. You can also have them style your hair - the choice is yours. Overall, great staff and clean facility.

Awful! Just horrible! Just got home and my hair is 2 different colors! Tried calling their office and no answer just a virtual assistant. Sent them a text, still nothing.

I had a very disappointing experience with Brianna. I wanted to book my next appointment using my membership, but she insisted that the six-week period started from the day of my last visit, even though I didn't use my membership for that visit--I paid completely out of pocket. Instead of listening to what I was explaining or checking the membership policy, she kept repeating the same sentence over and over. I heard great things about Madison Hair. So, I thought why not give it a try. However, when I went in for my appointment, I was very disappointed. All I had asked for was root touch up, which is not very difficult in my hair, since I have short thin hair. After I came home and washed my hair, I noticed there are several patches that were left out. I spoke to color consultant on the phone got the colors I want. Then walked in Campbell location spoke to Briana she said they can't do red color because I have dark hair and they don't do bleach. Unbelievable very rude too. The colorist knew I had dark brown hair. I would not recommend this location or Madison Reed.

If I could give this place zero stars if I could. I will NEVER come back here as this place is unprofessional, has poor customer service and it is next to impossible to talk to a person when you are booking (they have an AI bot handling their customer service). Also, If you have an issue with the color service, they do not have a satisfactory resolution process. It is appalling. I have been here three times. Before you create a Madison Reed account, beware that it's impossibly hard to delete an account. You will be stuck in the Madison Reed world, playing whack-a-mole with your account settings. I never sign up for any subscriptions. The Madison Reed app always asks you to subscribe to their "limitless plus" monthly color bar service and when you're there in person, the colorists will also ask if you'd like to join. 2 stars for a good product, service was alright, coverage on the hair was great, so great that 1/4 of my forehead and my ears were dyed for a few days don't really like that. The issue I have is getting signed up for their "membership" after I told them a few times no thank you. And then to top it off you can't cancel right away, you have to wait for three months and then cancel and then maybe get your money back, we'll see how that goes.
