I went in for a touch up on my roots and had never been there before. I was very pleased with the experience. My stylist suggested a couple of colors and I picked the one I thought would work out best. The color is great,a good match. Everyone was attentive and explained what the process was even during shampooing process. I styled my own hair while I was there. I've been in the salon (I use the term salon loosely) about 5 times now. It's actually more like a factory assembly line. So if you're looking for relaxing "me time" this is not the place for you. The workers a nice enough, but enough with the complaining already! Complaining about other customers, about their schedules, their SO's, complain complain complain! The longest 1.5 hours! I love this place ! Bryanna and her team are amazing and talented ! I have the unlimited membership which is definitely worth it! I used the get my roots done with products full of ammonia, PPD, titanium dioxide, parabens, and who knows what else ! Trust me you will love it ! Madison Reed "Everything we make is Smart 8-free, free of ammonia, PPD, resorcinol, parabens, phthalates, gluten, SLS, and titanium dioxide." Love ya !

I visited Campbell, CA location a few weeks ago for root and gloss. The follow -up messages for appointment and color bar policies for cancellations are clear and appreciated. I arrived early on a Friday for a 1:00 pm appt as parking near and around the Pruneyard is always a challenge. Park in the back parking areas away from Bascom Ave and walk in is my recommendation. I enjoyed my service from Bryanna her team! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. Bryanna was great! She managed multiple clients with her amazing team with ease. The store was super clean and COVID ready! It was a relaxing experience and I recommend going here!

Love this color bar! I've been using Madison Reed's at home color care for my roots and it's been amazing. I decided to get an all over color at the color bar and it was a great experience. The staff was awesome and they kept the salon in prestige condition, very clean. The color turned out great! I really like the fact that you can style your own hair if you wanted to. They provide products and tools. You can also have them style your hair - the choice is yours. Overall, great staff and clean facility.
I spoke to color consultant on the phone got the colors I want. Then walked in Campbell location spoke to Briana she said they can't do red color because I have dark hair and they don't do bleach. Unbelievable very rude too. The colorist knew I had dark brown hair. I would not recommend this location or Madison Reed.

If I could give this place zero stars if I could. I will NEVER come back here as this place is unprofessional, has poor customer service and it is next to impossible to talk to a person when you are booking (they have an AI bot handling their customer service). Also, If you have an issue with the color service, they do not have a satisfactory resolution process. It is appalling. I have been here three times.
