The place can't schedule properly. My appointment started 16 minutes late, my color was left in for one hour 11 minutes, and only glad I finally got to go becausemy color was just OK. Everything was rushed. I need to come on different day or find out why appointments are so off track.

I'm honestly not impressed. I spent 4hours and walked out feeling underwhelmed with my hair. I was so looking forward to getting my hair done for my birthday. (Especially with everything I've always heard about how "great" the color service is). The service was for a root touch up, gloss and blowout. All I wanted was for my roots to blend in with my hair. Don't waste your time or money. This place is horrible!! They don't know what they are doing and will F*** up your hair! And they don't care. If I could give 0 stars I would

This review is about my most recent experience at the Madison Reed color bar in Campbell, California. I have been there previously for color and highights, and have had a very good experience. This time, however was AWFUL. I came in for a few accent highlights, and specified that I wanted a few foils (subtle) but the colorist said she would do some balyage. I went into the store on Campbell and asked for the color that I last had. I was given the package and got home and discovered it was not a complete package and there were missing instructions. This is the second time this happened!!! The last time I was given a USED hair coloring package. Needless to say I will not be going back to Madison Reed. Booking easy and did an ok job on my hair in terms of the colour. However they lady obviously made a mistake to start with as 1/2 hour into my foils she started frantically checking and then wiping the colour out with a towel. This splashed the colour all over my clothes - I pointed this out to her and her response was "you shouldn't wear things you don't mind getting damaged to a salon"... terrible customer service and I won't be back. There is no customer service. I ordered a product online and it never arrived. There is no email, the chat feature is BS and no one answers the phone. I can't get anyone to answer me so I have no choice but to blast on social... wanted to love this brand.

If you want to keep your hair healthy don't go there! Their products are really harsh and will damage your hair! There is a class action against them. I wish I had known this before subscribing to their services and going to their salon. Based on my experience, I'd given 0 stars if possible. My appointment was at 3pm. I showed up promptly at 3pm. Walked into the shop and no one greeted me or offered me assistance. I stood around for 10 minutes to be acknowledged/checked in. I was asked my name, checked in and then the front desk attendant walked away. Mean while other customers were coming in and NO ONE WAS BEING GREETED. I sat down and waited till 3:30pm!!
