Had a root touch up and Accent Foils done and my stylist took real care in placing the foils and paid close attention to the timing and came back to check on the process several times. I love how my haid looks! Would definitely do this again!

I am so sorry that there have been such negative reviews of this place. I just started going there recently and have been pleased with my experience thus far. Just like in other salons, some of the stylists are better than others, and I am disappointed that you can't request your favorite stylist. I am really happy with my color and the staying power (I can go for about 6 weeks). My first time at Madison Reed and I'll be back! I just need my roots colored. Pauline did an excellent job matching and coloring my hair. The best part was the exceptional shampoo and blow out from Mickey! My hair has never been shiner and smooth. Thank you!

The staff at Chestnut hill are very nice. When you call you reach head office and they are very rude. This is not reflective of the chestnut hill staff, they were polite. The actual color was fine (not amazing).not sure I want to deal with a rude company though.

faith has been restored. I have been a client since this location first opened. prior to today, the few visits were not good, with last being the worst and I finally complained. I thought I was done but decided to give another chance after several months. So happy I did. great changes to the location, including manager, along with customer service experience improvement. It was my first time having my hair done and I was treated like royalty. Lauren was my colorist in the Chestnut Hill Salon and she was fabulous! she checked on me every 10 minutes to see if I needed water or tea and to see if I was comfortable. I would definitely go back again and recommend Madison Reed to my friends.
