My entire experience was awful. They were running very late (my appt was at 5:00 and I wasn't seen until 5:30), one of the employees was rude to customers and talking poorly about management during my visit. My color was on too long, turned out very uneven. In addition, the system was not working when I left and I was I could wait or they would charge my card on file. I just bought my hair color in December for $26.50 and Couple of months later ,today I paid $30 for the same color it was too expensive to begin with and now they have jacked up the prices not going to buy it again

I got this hair color and blow out appointment for free for being a Yelp Elite member. At the time I first got this deal I was pregnant and wasn't allowed to do any type of hair color service in first trimester. So I asked if I could just do a blow out. They said no and didn't let me ask further. After that I saw some reviews of hair coloring services gone wrong and it scared me away from trying something new as a touch up to my current Ombre. I was given a free hair color + blow out for a Yelp perk, and I didnt want my hair colored so I just asked for a blow out. They called me day of to say they wouldn't do it, and I said why- I'm doing something that takes less time and fewer materials so why cant you just do the blow dry? $95 value and you cant style it a bit? I was in dire need of covering up my outgrown balayage. Madison Reed was able to do just that and restored my color beautifully. I was very happy with the all over color and went from a brown/caramel balayage to chocolate brown and the color is fabulous! I would give the color process and stylist for this five stars. Unfortunately, the blow out soured the experience for me. The other stylist who did it didn't seem to really know curly/thick hair so my hair looked a bit frizzy leaving the salon. The service was horrible and the total experience was not what I was expecting. I could have done the same job at home and saved $75. It was not all welcoming when I first entered. I didn't get any of the "consult" that was advertised. I had booked a full color but was convinced to doing a roots + gloss.
