Came here as part of yelp elite week where I received color treatments for free (I only paid for the blow dry). Unprofessional, hair colors are so limited and there needs to be a lot more organization here. Everyone is very nice. Appointments are always a mixup which is frustrating. They really need to tidy up.

Not happy with my experience. Booked an appointment over the phone yesterday and when I walked in today for my 9:30am, front desk person never looked up from her laptop and when I said I was there for a 9:30 appointment with Cynthia she told me there was no appointment on the books (the person on the phone had also never sent me an email confirmation even though she said she would right after we hung up). I'm giving MR 1 star for the horrible customer service which I got today from their manger via phone call! How dare she tell me that I am cheating them out of money by my orders! That I've "found a loop in the system!" If I'm paying for my orders, how is she attempting to call me out??!! I don't know who owns this company, but they need to take a closer look at who is representing them!
If you want to be treated like a cockroach and get mediocre services, come here. You couldn't pay me to come back. Their color is quite limited but what was worse was how disorganized they were and no apologetic for not even having the appointment in their books after confirming a day prior. No apologies. Nothing. And the first time prior to the non-appointment, I said "not darker or browner" and guess what, I ended up darker and browner. It's a decent concept but far from good execution.
It was my first time getting color and it was completely messed up. I had highlights all my life and ask for a simple blonde color. First, my hair turned to red, then they decided to put some green color to fix the red, it didn't help, and the manager said: 'Oh well, just come back in 2 weeks and we will try to fix it'. It was almost 2 months ago, and I still have red in my hair. I do not recommend this place at all. Highly discourage. I really wanted to love a place that specializes in root color, but three things put me off. Let's start with the good - 1- My stylist was great and talked me through my options and put up with my waffling like a pro. 2-My roots and the rest of my hair are almost exactly the same color, something I know is so hard to accomplish. When I first found this place, I thought it was heaven, but that I've come here for a while, I have had very mixed experiences. The good? Good prices, and theoretically the dye is better for you (though do a thorough google search and you'll find it isn't quite as ideal as they make it sound). The bad? The second time I wad there, the girl kept burning my scalp (like 12 times), never apologized, and when I mentioned it to the manager, no apologies from her either. I was hoping I'd like this place cause I live so close but unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. The colorist I was given, Diana, gave me the wrong color even when I told her the numbers my other colorist used before I moved. No one there offered me anything to drink (and I saw other customers being offered something). She hurt me on several occasions (pulled on my hair, etc) She basically didn't have the natural touch to work on women's hair. I politely let her know but it kept happening.
