The hair colorists at this salon have a good rapport and energy. My colorist, Joeann, was very experienced. She took the time to consult with me and look at the pictures that I had. We worked together to figure out what would be the best approach for my hair, and I did not feel rushed or ignored. Even though I have a high percentage of gray, Joeann was able to formulate a color using the new demi-permanent collection and added partial highlights. I love this place! It's a super great value if you're need to touch-up your roots regularly. Everyone here is great, but Melissa, the Manager is awesome, and Bria gives the most amazing hair washes and blowouts.

I love love love my hair! My former stylist was too flaky for my liking. I decided to try Madison Reed after doing some research. Bonus was that it is around the corner from my job. I was able to snag a last minute same day appointment . My stylist Marilyn did a great job. She explained what she thought would be best. I always get worried because I have long thick hair. Marilyn did an amazing job! I I am so excited to come back !!

Omg. First time ever a stylist got it right. Honey blonde highlights and root cover on natural black hair!! NO red brassiness. Jasmine is a miracle worker, at the LBC location on PCH. Loving it.

My first time at Madison Reed-Long Beach and I must say I was very pleased with the results! Marilyn was awesome and so sweet, she mixed a color that was exactly what I wanted :). Bree was so gentle while shampooing my hair and was so sweet and zen. I plan to come back for a retouch for sure!

Julie is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I am so grateful for Madison Reed hair color and products! I am health conscious and do not like harmful chemicals in my body. I hope many will give it a try and enjoy it as much as I! This is my new hair care routine and regimen.

My stylist (Abba i think?) was extremely nice and did an amazing job on the color. We had to redo it since i didnt like how it originally looked and she was super nice about it and it was free of charge. I was hesitant after reading the reviews but all of the employees are great!

I usually go to a different location but today because that location is so booked I went to the Madison reed in Long Beach. I met this lovely girl named Bria or Bree. I discussed with her what I wanted for my hair color and she immediately understood and gave me a new wonderful color that brings out my complexion.
