Honestly I had high expectations that were maybe too high. I didn't feel like I was talking to a person who was a color expert. Overall, I don't think this was worth the price, even with the discount so I left disappointed.

I love this place. They make it so easy to get your roots (or full head) done. They are fast, efficient, and very friendly. In fact, all of the colorists are just lovely. Marilyn is my favorite though. She has incredible energy and she washes hair like a pro! I am so happy with my subscription!

Membership plan for root touch up is great. Easy to make appointments online. Color has no smell and leaves my hair very soft.

The hair colorists at this salon have a good rapport and energy. My colorist, Joeann, was very experienced. She took the time to consult with me and look at the pictures that I had. We worked together to figure out what would be the best approach for my hair, and I did not feel rushed or ignored. Even though I have a high percentage of gray, Joeann was able to formulate a color using the new demi-permanent collection and added partial highlights. I love this place! It's a super great value if you're need to touch-up your roots regularly. Everyone here is great, but Melissa, the Manager is awesome, and Bria gives the most amazing hair washes and blowouts.

I love love love my hair! My former stylist was too flaky for my liking. I decided to try Madison Reed after doing some research. Bonus was that it is around the corner from my job. I was able to snag a last minute same day appointment . My stylist Marilyn did a great job. She explained what she thought would be best. I always get worried because I have long thick hair. Marilyn did an amazing job! I I am so excited to come back !!

Omg. First time ever a stylist got it right. Honey blonde highlights and root cover on natural black hair!! NO red brassiness. Jasmine is a miracle worker, at the LBC location on PCH. Loving it.
