This staff has always been very upbeat and nice even though they are obviously seriously overbooked and understaffed. Shame on their corporate office because it is obvious they don't care about their staff and yet I have never heard them complain. I always have a good experience. Have I had to wait long sometimes? Yes but I have eyes and can see they are understaffed so I practice patience and forgiveness. Have I always liked the color? No but it's hair I just change it up the next time. Great color! However, when I got home, I realized I had a used color kit! The box was half full with supplies and the color tube was open and only a small amount was left. And this is the second time this happened and with barely an apology from the manager. She did offer to apply the color for me, but I didn't have time to stay. I won't be going to the Southlake store again. Check your kits!!

I love Maddison Reed. Extremely dissatisfied with my first experience. Quickly provided requested feedback via email and was escalated professionally and quick above my expectations. I was given credit and booked a appointment through their customer service representative who promised me I would get the color I wanted and would obsess over. The BEST!! Color & Style is ALL THEY DO! The best concept & work I've experienced here in Texas since moving here in June 2019! I have super course, curly, long & thick hair. The manager really knows how to properly blow it straight making the need for hot tools very minimal! Yay!! Thank you very much!! The concept is genius!! I wanted to say about a week ago I had all over color. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional and stylist was very sweet, knowledgeable and only 20 years old! I can tell you that I have very long think hair. I have been everywhere from the BEST rated 20 year "veteran" in Dallas to Aveda salons. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my results. I like their clean products and colors that can be customized anybody or hair that is resistant. THANK YOU!

I do my own color at home using Madison Reed product. I decided to try going to the color bar to see how it was done there. I am so glad I did! Instead of all over color, I had roots and gloss. My hair is beautiful and feels terrific. I would not have known to do it this way and have added the gloss to my shipments now. Well worth the trip! And the cost was exactly the same as I used to pay when getting my hair colored. Bonus!

I had a great experience today and every time I go to Madison Reed. The staff is very polite and helpful. These ladies are knowledgeable about hair color and do a fantastic job in getting your hair color just right for you. The employees wear mask and gloves and sanitized station before each use. I am a member and receive all the great discounts and perks! I go every 4 weeks.
