The sales lady was very helpful and even opened the store a few minutes early because she saw me waiting. She helped me pick a comparable color to the one I usually purchase but without the red undertones.

My colorist is Kaitlan Barrington is wonderful. She's kind, considerate and always does a fantastic job. All of their products have no added parabens or sulfates and smell divine. They never try to upsell you any products or services. They are a wonderful company and can be used anywhere in the country so if you sign up for a repetitive 4 or 6 week programs and you're not in town, you can get it done wherever you happen to be.

There's always residue left fro hair dye after having my hair washed. Better training would be appreciated for those that shampoo and rinse.

I have been going to Madison Reed The Woodlands TX for a few years and have always had a good experience. The team is always in a great mood and gets along well. Everyone chit-chats and the salon has an old-time beauty shop-type vibe. Since changing over to Madison Reed my hair condition has improved 100%, and I get compliments regularly on my hair. I have had nothing short of five star experiences each time. The staff is amazing friendly helfpul and everything is maintinaed very nicely. I guess the one thing that bothers me everytime I go in -- the M is missing from the signage inside by the front desk. It looks shotty and out of character for the area and for the salon itself. It seems like that ought to be fixed over the last two years I have been going. Thanks otherwise! Wow! What a great program, salon and I am grateful!

What a great experience! I've had a hard time finding a place that delivers on my request for subtle highlights with the color I'm trying at achieve but Madison Reed got it right . They were quick but attentive. Enjoyed the experience and I will definitely be back!

Had a great first visit. The staff were really nice and extremely helpful. Friendly from the time I walked in until I left. They keep everything running smoothly and the self-serve areas were being maintained nicely as clients finished up. Sky did a great job on my color (full head) and Logan did great on the blow out. Both ladies at the front desk were great as well. Very professional. Looking forward to using my membership at this location.
