Maggie McFly's is hands down my favorite restaurant in the area! Whenever one of my friends has a birthday I always bring them there because of the excellent customer service and vibe the place gives off. Absolutely love their waygu beef burger and their buffalo chicken is to die for! If you find yourself in the Crossgates mall looking for a bite to eat-- check this place out

So I returned with a group on a Thursday which they thankfully accommodated. Our service was excellent wish I remembered her name I would love to give her a shout out. The food was awesome. Huge menu and everything came out awesome. The drinks can be hit or miss and a little pricey for the beer but majority of those were a hit this time as well. Glad I gave it a second chance and would return again, and recommend for picky eaters literally you'll find something here in this huge menu

We went to Maggie McFly's on a whim last Saturday when we were hanging out at Crossgates. We haven't been to the mall in ages, and when we walked past Maggie McFly's, we were intrigued by the atmosphere pouring out of its doors. The menu was diverse and intriguing, filled with interesting items made from locally sourced goods. Since I've been on a craft cocktails kick, the Strawberry Basil Mule immediately appealed to me. Stopped in to get a quick bite. Was told there was a 15-minute wait, so went to the bar, and never left. First bartender got us set up quickly. Second one freshened the beverages right on time. Third one saw we were done and cashed us out. Service could not have been better, and the food was spot-on for pub fare - bacon-cheeseburger sliders, buffalo blasts and a wedge salad. They have expansive beverage menus including a gem in Blanton's. Don't let the mall location put you off. Truly a great experience.

Best burger I have ever had the wagyu beef amazing everything is homemade and taste fresh our server was great on top of everything and definitely knew a lot about the food he was serving definitely will be back no one I was with had a complaint with anything

I gave it a 3 because my chicken quesadilla was missing the blackened chicken that was extra (just a few pieces of grilled chicken in it) and I had no side guacamole and no bacon that is suppose to come in it... My husband had a Bloody Mary with nothing exceptional in it but a stalk of celery...for 8 dollars you'd expect at least an olive or pickle. He said his omelette and the home fries were good but nothing super special. Also 3.29 for an unsweetened ice tea seems a little much when it's mostly ice... I'll keep going... read more

My first time here was decent, it's nice place with ok food. My mom got the wrong type of taco and the waiter asked if we wanted dessert right when she brought us my dads food. My burger tasted weird. Overall, it was an okay place.

Pretty good but somewhat disorganized. Food was good but came out cold, even considering it was not a long wait for the food. Cool atmosphere and an extensive menu. So extensive in fact it could take 15-30 min just to get through it!!

I met some good friends here for dinner. The company was fantastic the food was not. I ordered the farm to table burger medium. It was well done and not very good. The texture was hard and it tasted of grease. Not even the bacon or cheese helped this burger. The fries it came with were obviously frozen and small. On the positive side my vodka and soda was fine and they service was friendly. I liked the booth we sat in too.
