Maggie McFly's is hands down my favorite restaurant in the area! Whenever one of my friends has a birthday I always bring them there because of the excellent customer service and vibe the place gives off. Absolutely love their waygu beef burger and their buffalo chicken is to die for! If you find yourself in the Crossgates mall looking for a bite to eat-- check this place out

We were in town here grabbing some dinner with my nephew who is a student at RPI. It's been forever since I've been at a mall, but there was plenty of parking despite the rainy weather, and we got into here quickly for a table for dinner. Mediocre at best. Waited 15 minutes for a hostess to even come up front. It took ten minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and there were two other parties waiting with us. We went early lunch and the place was maybe a quarter filled and it took 45 minutes to get three dishes. Took 10 just to get three waters. Menu is big so there is something for everyone and atmosphere is nice. All the food was barely warm but we didn't complain because it took so long to begin with. Maybe it was a bad day but it was terrible.

Surprisingly good spot for being inside a mall, very nice staff and a large menu with lots of variety.Drinks were very strong, not a negative if that's your thing!

This place gets worse and worse. Sad This used to be on of my favorite restaurants. Now it's one of the worst. The food has gone down hill. Sometimes it mediocre, but my last 2 times it was unbearable. The staff is slow and not present most of the time. My waitress seemed like she had a huge dose of magic mushrooms before she took our order. We had to continuously repeat and she kept coming back to confirm our order. There were six of us and the service was really good. The place is very bright and very big. We got a bunch of appetizers. The potato skins were delicious! Chock full of cheese and bacon and baked to perfection. The spinach and artichoke dip and chips were really good too. The fresh fried mozzarella are pretty big. The kids loved them. Had a wonderful experience tonight with my waitress and she was very attentive and hands on. The night worsened when a dark haired male waiter with some of his head shave from both sides of his head came to cash me and my friend out and he came back in a huff and attitude when the card reader didn't work. I asked him to explain what happened and he said "I wasn't talking to you." I met some good friends here for dinner. The company was fantastic the food was not. I ordered the farm to table burger medium. It was well done and not very good. The texture was hard and it tasted of grease. Not even the bacon or cheese helped this burger. The fries it came with were obviously frozen and small. On the positive side my vodka and soda was fine and they service was friendly. I liked the booth we sat in too.

The music is obnoxious and way too loud. I don't understand how they could think it's good to play abrasive music at such a high decibel. Food was basic. Our drinks didn't come until after the food was served. Won't be going back.
