Was sat and waited 15 minutes for ANYONE to acknowledge our table!! Horrible customer service when your servers and bartender watches you sit there waiting

Two apps, four different meals and all of them terrible. Fried Avocado not even edible. Waitress forgot different items several times and didn't care the food sucked. The place was dead. Now we know why. Wouldn't recommend at all. Only came because the standard was closed for maintenance.

I came for a late night dinner. Slow service & food is nothing above a college student's dorm cooking abilities, but at least the fries are decent. It feels like the wait staff forgets to check in for food. it took over 10 minutes for the check to be collected since no one even glanced over to the table

My partner and I stopped here for a late lunch during a road trip, drawn in by the unique airplane-themed ambiance and the fact that we don't have this restaurant back home. I ordered the California turkey burger with a pretzel bun (the only dairy-free bun option available), vegan cheese, and herb aioli, which I told them I can eat because it is made with eggs and not milk or cheese. Really wasn't great. Food was not great. Service was terrible, manager was terrible, bar tender was terrible, server was a nice girl. Ambiance was dysfunctional and disorganized.

Literally been sitting here for over a half hour and I ordered a scoop of tuna salad over a bed of lettuce. The place is dead. Seriously??? *edited to give one more star because the salad was delicious.

DREADFUL!! took over 20 mins for beverages. They came out, no ice in any of them. One beverage missing. Told them. Still no beverage. Took an extra 15 mins for a bottled beer. Meals came out...still no missing beverage. Meal missing au jus. "I'll be right back with au jus" he says. No au jus. And still no missing beverage. Had to flag server down and say, no au jus, it's been 15 mins now. And still no beverage that you and other person failed to bring. 5-10mins go by and finally au jus. Husband and I stopped in a little after 11. We were promptly seated and waters were delivered to our table. The decor is nice and was clean. The place was basically empty. We waited 20 minutes and no one came over to take our orders. There was one server at the bar and another we could see wandering around on their phone. When we tried to see someone about service, they were no where to be found. We ended up leaving.

We tried this place because we had a gift card. The only stars this place got was for the friendly service and the kids menu. The food here is average. They lost me as a return customer cause They used pulled pork for their cuban sandwich. The kids menu was good and portion size for kids was good. However not good enough for us to return.
