DREADFUL!! took over 20 mins for beverages. They came out, no ice in any of them. One beverage missing. Told them. Still no beverage. Took an extra 15 mins for a bottled beer. Meals came out...still no missing beverage. Meal missing au jus. "I'll be right back with au jus" he says. No au jus. And still no missing beverage. Husband and I stopped in a little after 11. We were promptly seated and waters were delivered to our table. The decor is nice and was clean. The place was basically empty. We waited 20 minutes and no one came over to take our orders. There was one server at the bar and another we could see wandering around on their phone. When we tried to see someone about service, they were no where to be found. We ended up leaving.

We tried this place because we had a gift card. The only stars this place got was for the friendly service and the kids menu. The food here is average. They lost me as a return customer cause They used pulled pork for their cuban sandwich. The kids menu was good and portion size for kids was good. However not good enough for us to return.

I love Maggie McFlys but this location was extremely disappointing. Bartenders weren't friendly at all, they don't smile. Didn't give out silverware without us asking, had to ask for a second drink which came in a different glass and tasted completely different even though it was the same exact drink, my boyfriend never even got a second drink because no one ever checked on us once we got each item. So to start we were surprised and excited to find a Maggie mcflys in New York and said let's give our favorite place a try. Unfortunately it didn't live up to the name! Just had lunch here - recommended by someone we recently met. Should have looked at reviews - 2.9 overall is about what we got. Burger ordered was over cooked, bacon flaccid and food was not hot. Service ehh. I commented to bartender that burger was not how I ordered it and she asked me what I wanted her to do. Said she could take it off the bill if I didn't eat it. Since I didn't want to wait for them to recook, I ate as is. No discount offered - no further conversation. Will not be going back.

We had driven all day and all we wanted was a good meal and a cold beverage. It was a Sunday evening so not crazy busy at the restaurant. The hostess seated us immediately. This was my first time here and while the place is nice, my experience was below average. When we arrived we were quickly seated. We were a party of 3 on a Friday night. The service was awful!! Wouldn't go here again! There was something wrong with one of the orders when they came out. Our server didn't stop by our table for 25 minutes afterwards. Then it took another 20-25 minutes for the correct order to get to us. When we got our check it was for the full price; I would think they would discount something for making us wait almost an hour for their mistake. The food is good, but the service is poor.
