This place is terrible, service absolutely sucks! Don't come here unless you plan on sitting for a while and having to go out of your way to get an order

I would not recommend eating here. The service was slow, and there was hardly anyone there. It was a weekend afternoon. The price was way too high for the quality of food we received. The ranch dressing seemed really sour, smelled spoiled, and had an overpowering garlic aftertaste. I tried a little on one of the wings, and it was gross. Found something crunchy in my food and I feel like it shouldn't have been there. Yuck! And I thought the music was too loud. The drinks were pretty good though, and I really liked our server. Went with my 7 year-old daughter, and the server, (cant remember her name but she had blond hair) was so sweet! My daughter got fried mac n cheese, and I got Louisiana chicken. Both dishes were okay.

Well, I got the fajitas after about an hour. The kitchen screwed up the ravioli order which was supposed to be gluten free but after the hour they told us there were no gluten free ravioli only penne. Not sure why they couldn't have just let us know when the order went in. The service was terrible, the appetizer actually came before our nonalcoholic drinks. Went for brunch sausage was undercooked, omelet was also undercooked and had no cheese. Sent it back and ordered a salad which came 30 Mins later. Asked for the manager, when he finally showed up he said "well that's not good". Will never return

My three daughters and I stopped in for lunch today. Our waiter was very pleasant and when I asked him which appetizer he would recommend out two he said the Thai lettuce wraps were the one to go with. He was right they were amazing...until I found one hair...I am a waitress so didn't make a big deal about it however under the lettuce the plate was covered in hair. This was not as good as I remembered it to be. I ordered with door dash. Got fettuccine without the shrimp I ordered, and paid extra ten dollars for, and also, it tasted stale. There was suppose to be broccoli but they only put the stems in. I usually love carrot cake, but this was very hard, not fresh at all.

We visited this Crossgates location on Wednesday this week. Not a great experience. Our drink orders were taken, 2 glasses of wine and 2 sodas. The sodas came out followed by one glass of wine. While waiting for the second wine it turns out the first glass was bad. When we sent the wine back we asked about the other glass but it was nowhere to be found. We canceled both glasses.
