This was not as good as I remembered it to be. I ordered with door dash. Got fettuccine without the shrimp I ordered, and paid extra ten dollars for, and also, it tasted stale. There was suppose to be broccoli but they only put the stems in. I usually love carrot cake, but this was very hard, not fresh at all.

Sitting at the bar now. Place is dead. Staff everywhere. My drink has been empty for 13 minutes and the bartender is crickets. Service is always horrible

We visited this Crossgates location on Wednesday this week. Not a great experience. Our drink orders were taken, 2 glasses of wine and 2 sodas. The sodas came out followed by one glass of wine. While waiting for the second wine it turns out the first glass was bad. When we sent the wine back we asked about the other glass but it was nowhere to be found. We canceled both glasses. Made the mistake of going around six on a Saturday night, way too busy to get attentive service and had a bit of a wait for a table. I ordered my regular gluten free pasta with Alfredo and broccolini with the addition of grilled chicken and removal of bacon as it has recently been more like pork belly and a bit overwhelming. Don't go here for a quick lunch or dinner before a movie. The food is great here, nice menu options full bar and interesting drinks and seasonal specials. This is more of a hang or maybe a first date but not for a quick meal. You will need at most an hour once seated regardless how busy they are. Awful experience an hour and half to get our food and an hour to get our appetizers. People who came after us were eating and my kids were so tired waiting for food it basically ruined our day out. Everyone was cheerful to moody by the time we ate and left.

After coming to this location a few months ago, I was excited to come back with my family. After sitting down it a little bit for the waiter to come over and ask us for drinks. I requested 2 kids menus before we ordered. Once the order was placed it took roughly 40-50 minutes for the appetizer to come out. If you find yourself in this establishment or through a sad series of events find yourself visiting Albany and looking for a take away, don't order the "street tacos." I'm not sure why they call them street, I guess boring ass gringo version of real food was too long. These tacos had zero taste and would have tasted better had they been dropped on the street and picked up in the 5 second rule.
