The service at this restaurant is highly disappointing. We had to wait 20 minutes for a drink, then once we were seated, took another 20 minutes for a server to come over, AFTER we asked someone who our server was. The drinks we asked for later took another 25 minutes and were incorrect. One of the workers was very rude when one person in our party looked at a wrong beer list. VERY unprofessional and poorly run restaurant. The food is also meh. Better place for families with young kids who do not care about quality of food... read more

HAPPY 25TH ANNIVERSARY TO US... NOT... Tried to stay at a local hotel and pick up curbside. My order sat a d went cold next to door on the counter while I waited outside for 30 minutes. I called upon arrival and followed all instructions. They tried to brush it off as if the cold steak, chicken wings and pot roast would somehow be worth the $115 I paid. I am so disappointed. Avoid Glastonbury Maggie McFlys. Consistently they have gotten orders wrong, leave you sitting up to 35 minutes AFTER your food is done. Don't expect any help for wrong orders either, they just refry the heck out of the food (do, everything else is cold and wilted.

Food was undercooked. I asked them to not put certain stuff in the food and they did anyway. It wasn't just me whose food they messed up but also my mom and dad. Very disappointed

We were there for snacks and drinks with a decent size group of ppl. The place was busy and seemed short staff. Kendall was bartending alone. She was making drinks for the entire restaurant and the ppl at the bar What really bothered me was no one helped her. Other employees came into ring orders, never helped her clear the bar. Dirty dishes and cups stacked up everywhere. Not sure what the managers were doing except hanging out near the door with the hostess. Shane came in for his shift and helped her clean. In the past three delivery orders from this restaurant (including tonight) they have left out a dinner from the order. Not an app, not dessert, someone's full meal. When you call the restaurant to address the issue it is a constant busy signal, so they don't even give you a way to make it right. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

Have eaten at their other locations and been happy. Not so today in Glastonbury. I feel bad writing a poor review given Covid, short staffing, etc. but....the experience just wasn't up to snuff. We were seated fairly quickly but the service was SLOW. Menu is large but the two of use pretty much were there for a late lunch and quickly decided on what we each wanted. We were there mid afternoon, it did not seem crowded inside but the parking area was pretty full outside. Our sandwich orders took forever!!! Way too long... read more

I am a frequent flyer of Maggie McFly's, and normally have nothing but nice things to say about this place, the food and service. However, today we waited over 30 minutes to get our first round of drinks, had to ask another server to check on them for us, and then waited another 45 minutes for 3 entrees. This was all happening at 2-3 pm on a Monday afternoon. There was not even a manager walking around consistently for me to question where our server is, and where our food is. We were in the area and stopped around 3:30pm to eat. There were 2 of us and we were seated quickly. Drinks came out quick at first and we put an order in for the calamari. Calamari took 40 minutes to come out and when it finally arrived it was cold. Not just lukewarm or barely warm, it was cold. We ended up returning it which we never have returned anything before so it was a new experience. We were waiting for so long that we contemplated just paying and leaving without our food.
