Maggie's used to be a decent place. I don't know if the quality has gone to hell because of COVID, or if everyone just stopped giving a damn, but went there with my wife and kids last week, and it was terrible. From day old rice in my wife's poke bowl to my daughter's cold and undercooked ribs (nasty tough) everything we ordered was a miss. Couple that with once-every-20-minutes waitress service, and you've got the reason why we won't be back to Maggie McFly's for a very long time.

I used to really enjoy this place. It was the very last restaurant my husband and I went to prior to the Covid-19 shut down in 2020. We had noticed an overall decline across the board, but they were always busy, so maybe it was us? This weekend ( 3/2021 ) was the first time we ventured back in over a year. I was very disappointed. Horrible!!! My husband and I went there for dinner after church...mistake!!! I had the baby back ribs, brussel sprouts, and sweet potato fries. The ribs were hard and dry. Look like someone slabbed barbecue sauce on them to cover up the mess. The brussel sprouts were hard and under cooked and bitter. I was only able to eat the fries. My husband had the jambalaya which is normally good. Not today. Today there were huge chunks of hard onions In it and the rice was hard. So disappointed and a waste of money.

This has to be the worst service I've ever had. I came to this location with a bigger party a couple of months ago and the waitress was terrible. I decided to give them another try thinking maybe the service was bad because of the large group but NOPE! For starters my boyfriend ordered me a water with lemon while I was in the bathroom and he told me that they were out of lemons and they had to cut some more. I go to this Maggie's fairly regularly and have always enjoyed the food and service from here. Tonight I went with two friends for happy hour. My friends ordered meals and I ordered three appetizers which were on the happy hour list. However, when it was time to pay, the waitress(Lauren Ch) charged me full price for the appetizers but applied the happy hour price for drinks. There was a paper clip in the buffalo chicken sandwich order I had delivered. While the manager was apologetic, the fact is there was a paper clip inside of my sandwich.

Usually a decent experience, I enjoy their happy hour and brunch. However, the bartenders are mostly inexperienced and seem to turnover quickly. The past couple times I've been they also have not been following social distancing protocol at the bar at all. We had people sit down a couple feet on either side of us and the bartenders said nothing. Also, only half the bar had a plexiglass shield and the bar was fully sat. Their food is disgusting. The special was horrible and recommended by their server. Save your money and go somewhere else.
