We were there for 25 minutes while the servers blatantly ignored us and went to every other table who sat after us. I've never walked out of a restaurant until now. There's no communication between the staff, the servers were late, and worst of all, nobody even greeted us, we were forgotten about.

worst experience ever in glastonbury. food took 2 hours. 2 drinks made inccorrectly. took two tries to get it right. breadsticks old. bathriom filthy. food cold. not cooked enough. waitress only came to table quickly to get her tip. awful. awful. employees standing around. not many customers inside either. told them bathroom dirty and nothing was done. continued to stand there. who ever is managing is not.

Who has two thumbs and won't ever come back here? That's right, this guy! Our waitress took forever to come to our table and then had a terrible attitude. The manager watched and said nothing. Bye bye Maggie!

Maggie McFly's in Glastonbury was extremely disappointing. My husband and I went there for lunch. The young boy who brought us to our table gave us dinner menus at lunch time. I asked our waitress for the lunch menu. The food was horrible. I ordered the Pilgrim which had a very small amount of sliced turkey and was loaded with stuffing - mostly onions and bread and cranberry sauce... Avoid the vegan ravioli.. kind of tasted like bandaids and now I'm barfing. Good times.

Called ahead the day before and mysteriously my name wasn't on the "list" waited for hour 1/2 for garbage food. Get a life Maggie McFlys

Scrimp scampi was soggy and inedible. Received no utensils with order even though it was requested as well as no salad dressing with salad. My first experience dining here and it was a waste of my money

I just came from Maggie Mcfly's in Manchester CT and when I say the service was so disappointing. The greater met us and we were seated and noone came to service us for a while. We did not have a menu nor a Barcode to scan for one. Me and my mom watched as the wait staff serviced other tables. Even after my Mom went and returned no one came. The hostess came out and said the waiter did not notice you were sitting here and so they will be right out. I come here all the time and usually I love it however tonight was a totally different story. I have a shellfish allergy and order the seafood paella with no shrimp and advised the server of my allergy. Our server Sharon ordered the wrong item and instead I received something that also contained lobster. I advised her the menu does not even say that lobster is in this item and she brought it back to the kitchen. 10 minutes later a manager came over questioning my choice saying it was not possible to do without lobster.
