The owner really needs to come here and just clean house and start again. The management is absolutely horrendous. Literally watched managers drink on the job, play on their phones, ignore their employees, looked to be extremely annoyed anytime something productive had to be done. Didn't see them do any work what so ever while we were there. I myself have worked in many restaurants in the past and never have I seen an establishment with management this bad. Waited over an hour for cold, below average food. Ordered spinach artichoke dip and it looked like they just threw whatever they had left in the kitchen in with my chips.

Can I give negative stars? What is wrong with this place? We loved the Manchester one and it was my birthday so we thought let's try out the Glastonbury location. First when we entered, we just stood there like idiots. Staff passed us so many times, no one greeted, no one said anything. We looked at each other and literally started staring at the end at the staff so that they pay attention. Finally one did. She seated us at a corner table. 2. Customer service is our top priority! Anytime a guest walks through our doors they should be greeted with a positive attitude and a smile. Just met my wife at Maggie for apps and dinner We grabbed a seat at the bar right next to the register, and the bar was half full. My wife got a menu right away and I arrived 1 minute later. Orders were placed and bills were paid less than 2 feet away from us, people came in and sat at the bar and ordered drinks, still we received no recognition. Beware, this is the worst restaurant in the area. Placed a curbside order, and they didn't take down my number or CC info. Because of this, I had a feeling that my order wouldn't be ready or placed by the time I arrived at the restaurant. Sure enough, when I arrived, my order was no where to be found. I'm almost positive the person that answered the phone was the same person that took my order. Horrible first experience and horrible first impression.

My family and I visited on Monday. The hostess didn't smile and barely paid attention to us. Our table was only partially set. The server was nice, but not too attentive after we received our meal. She asked how things were literally 1 minute after we received our meals. She didn't return for a long while afterwards. Our nachos were a little over cooked. We were there for 25 minutes while the servers blatantly ignored us and went to every other table who sat after us. I've never walked out of a restaurant until now. There's no communication between the staff, the servers were late, and worst of all, nobody even greeted us, we were forgotten about.

worst experience ever in glastonbury. food took 2 hours. 2 drinks made inccorrectly. took two tries to get it right. breadsticks old. bathriom filthy. food cold. not cooked enough. waitress only came to table quickly to get her tip. awful. awful. employees standing around. not many customers inside either. told them bathroom dirty and nothing was done. continued to stand there. who ever is managing is not.

Who has two thumbs and won't ever come back here? That's right, this guy! Our waitress took forever to come to our table and then had a terrible attitude. The manager watched and said nothing. Bye bye Maggie!
