It’s takes 24 to 48 hours for a diagnosis and to top it off, you don’t give loaners and have to pay 40 for a rental if you have pre existing appointments which I did. The finance person sold me the silver car package and covered everything thing except for tires. Waiting for the diagnostic, silver care could not say if the service was covered. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Service rep never once reached out to me as to how long it would take to get the vehicle back. They never give you status updates and never return phone calls when you leave a message. Also had to schedule a drop off 3 days before they could even get to my vehicle to diagnose it. With it being a work vehicle it’s very hard to make commitments to my customers not knowing what’s going on with the vehicle and having to leave with them for multiple days before even having a diagnosis
The service center needs to learn how to do their job correctly. Their absolutely awful
Bought a used Ford flex 2 weeks later check engine light came on. They are like what ever. They didn't care so I don't suggest doing business there.I will take my business elsewhere!!!
Came in for an oil change and my engine light due to fuel door. Changed my oil, the man was nice but never mentioned my gas cap and gave me an estimate for over 1000$ in upkeep.
I would give zero stars if I could. From start to finish, the experience with Mall of Georgia Ford has been nothing but frustrating and unprofessional. We purchased a brand-new vehicle in January 2024, and it has been nothing but problems ever since. The car has been in the shop almost continuously since the week after we drove it off the lot. I was completely lied to and I do not appreciate that just to make money out of me
I wasn't able to ever get in touch or get a call back when leaving a message for over 3 weeks. And never got a response to emails. I had to call the warranty company myself to know what was going on with replacing my tire and was able to solve the situation myself.
