I was completely lied to and I do not appreciate that just to make money out of me
I wasn't able to ever get in touch or get a call back when leaving a message for over 3 weeks. And never got a response to emails. I had to call the warranty company myself to know what was going on with replacing my tire and was able to solve the situation myself.

Very poor experience at this dealer, the service they provided on my truck made no sense and didn’t follow Ford’s guidelines.

I came to get my oil changed and tires rotated and was told I need new tires which the last time I was there I was told to wait until my next visit to get them rotated but ok and my change engine oil light is still on to this day. When I called I was told they forgot to reset

I purchased a used vehicle here. There was an issue with the tail light, instead of replacing it in house with their own certified mechanics, the sent the job to another shop, that ordered the wrong part and took 2 weeks to fix it. Additionally the dealership staff lied to me multiple times on the status “it’s back ordered” when in reality the cheap aftermarket part was what was back ordered.
You will not assist disabled and veteran people. You want full price to no matter what they situation may be
It took 3 trips, 6 weeks total to get my truck fixed. Very frustrating I will not be taking my truck back to be serviced by you guys again if I can help it.
While we already had some issues when purchasing the car, including them adding things to the price that “could not be removed” even though they were not in the advertised price, we had way more issues when it came to getting registration take of. They tried to claim we hadn’t sent them insurance papers which I was able to show I had already sent 2 weeks previous. Mall of Georgia Ford has a Lousy GM. I drove 4 hours away from TN to come to the dealership in Georgia. Called over the phone and was told the truck had nothing wrong with it. Spent 20k in cash at the dealer even bought the motor, transmission and powertrain warranty they were offering and 20 minutes after leaving encountered an A/C problem.
