Actual work done and people are fine and what you would expect at a large dealership. Problem is that it appears technician’s are instructed to list anything and everything that could possibly be needed during routine servicing vs what actually needs to be taken care of. I had my F-150 in for a 90,000 mile oil change and tire rotation and had over $3,000 worth of work “recommended” including 24 new lug nuts Really?
