I have always been happy with the results and experience but the last 2 times I have had an oil change I have had to call to get an update. I have dropped the truck off around 7-8 am and heard nothing until I have called around 3 pm. They then say ' Oh yeah, it's all done.'

Quick, easy, painless. Seong showed me the specific vehicle I wanted, got me answers to my questions, arranged to have an unwanted racing decal removed, and arranged to have the vehicle ready for me that same day. Perfect.
