Took truck to get serviced brakes, oil change, and throttle body cleaning. Brakes were squeaking and are still squeaking . Main thing was to service brakes . Advisor said they were good . Have warranty on brakes there . What do y’all do there ?

They had my car for almost a week when I was told it was going to be a two-day wait because only one person was qualified enough to fix the specific problem I had with my car. Then, the part that was needed to complete the fix had to be ordered, so I had to take it back to them for another three days. Such an unnecessary hassle. Also, whenever I called my specific worker was always on some sort of lunch break or test drive.

He committed to assist with a reasonable trade on my car with multiple warranty issues. Nothing reasonable in my encounter.

Very Disappointing & Unprofessional Sales Experience – Mall of Georgia We purchased a 2024 Ford Transit 250 cargo van from Mall of Georgia during a snow day visit. From the beginning, the experience was extremely unprofessional and misleading. • The salesperson took my driver’s license and never returned it. Cathedral ford explorer sat at your facility for 10 days . The service advisor brain James NEVER called the insurance company to take care of the issue. I had a loaner car, I wasted my time, and nothing was resolved. Very disappointed and poor communication.

The GS80 came with a tire crack, when I came back to show them the next day after I purchased it, I was told they won't take care of it, plus there is a crack on the trunk cover.

We have been dealing with an issue for several months of the tire sensors not working. In October took the car in for service and asked them to check the sensor. The oil change took 4 hours and they never checked the sensors. A manager called me after filling out a survey and complaining. He said next time bring it in and we will reprogram the sensors to communicate with the car. Well that was this time and they said that manager is no longer there and they know nothing about it. I don’t feel the dealer was honest from the beginning. I was forced to pay almost 2,000 for tints that have a hair in it. Dishonest about incentives and tried to switch percentage once I came back to sign. I would have purchased the car a week prior if I felt they were truthful.

Last several serviced have been a let down. I specifically remind them to top fluids off and it isn't done. Windshield fluid light is on dash and they miss it. Always late, sometimes entire day, for service. Zero confidence in team.
