The service provider’s try to get out of filling recalls and have refuses to pick up my call’s.
Worst customer service at a Ford service center. 1 star is way to much credit. A negative rating would be accurate. I feel like such a fool for wasting my time and giving the Mall of Ga Ford Service Center multiple attempts in hopes of improvement. It’s only gotten worse. Go to the Ford dealership in Cumming is my advice to everyone. Mall of Ga Ford should meet with management at Billy Howell to implement a plan to better customer service. Billy Howell Ford Service Center is a 5 star!
I would not recommend to anyone. I have had issues with the truck I bought from you since day one. I was told and assured the the previous owner was a non smoker. That was a lie. Within two days of having my truck the smell of smoke was almost nauseating. There we parts on the truck that needed to be fixed. Never were addressed. My truck just spent a week at my local dealer getting fixed. All the things that your dealership not only didn’t fix but just overlooked. Dropped my car off to have the fog light done. I was calling calling and calling. Nobody could take my call and tell me whether they had it in stock and whether someone can do it when I got there they couldn’t do it because they had to take my tire off and they wanted to charge me $500 for a fog light.

I had a shifter bushing recall that needed to get taken care of - and had been notified that the parts were now available after a 4-month wait. I also had a ~$50 coupon for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection) that was specific for my 2016 Ford Fusion and figured I'd get both done at the same time. Made an appointment for my car to get serviced after going there 6 years they tell me they don't have a lift to service my car. I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me that.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had from the minute I dropped my truck off for warranty work through the process of being forced to buy another vehicle to be stuck with 3 payments and a vehicle they’ve been fixing for 3 months I’m speechless with no help glutton the dealership
