Everytime my truck comes in, two weeks later something else is wrong and I have to bring it right back in

Incompetent staff, who can’t transfer a tag from one vehicle to another, or return a phone call.

Absolutely terrible service and completely unethical practices. I received an inaccurate diagnosis, and despite repeatedly asking for clarification, they gave me no explanation. After leaving a poor review, they repeatedly called to pressure me into changing it—even offering to reimburse the diagnostic cost. It’s clear this dealership cares only about reviews and profit, not actual customers. Avoid at all costs.

I will never go back. Absolute worst car buying experience. The communication was terrible. Zero professionalism. We were lied to multiple times. We were even threatened.

It’s horrible the way people sell cars. It’s not your fault — it’s all the vendors’. We had to pay more than we expected. It’s like a series of lies, but don't worry I expect this, is not your dealer is all the dealers

called to set up an appointment to have a recall done (already brought in once but they didnt get Ford approval to do the work), they said they would call me back to confirm day/time and never did!!
