OK. I had to take the truck back because the issue was not fixed the first time and I was the one who asked about the recall on the rear axle. I expect the service advisor to advise me on those things. Josh did great. Jeff, not so much.
Dealer failed to disclose 4k in bumper damage and it was sold as ford certified, and failed to remedy problem

They miss diagnosed my issue on my car and wanted to charge me $5,800 just in parts. They also claimed that my warranty was expired. I looked into it and the only reason it expired because the original dealer that solid it committed sales fraud.

After the sale there was very little follow up. Actually none at all. I don't believe I'll purchase another ford from them!!
Brandon gave me a wrong price to pay, I corrected it one time, he gave me another one. After I paid, I found it is different from the receipt. After I complained, Brandon promised me that he would mail me a check of $100 for compensation. But I never received it until now I have moved to another state. Very disappointed!
From my experience, the dealership response for repairs to my automobile was hadled poorly by the service department. I tried several times to contact the person who was supposed to take care of the repairs and she would not return my call. The service dept manager was of no help. In April 2025, I purchased a Ford Transit for my business from Ford Mall of Georgia. On January 13, 2026, I returned to the dealership to request documentation related to my previous purchase (vehicle value / purchase record) for tax purposes. I went in for a recall, and it was not fixed. No one took ownership of it and it's still unrepaired.
