Awful, unprofessional, unprepared, non-user friendly. Unfeeling. An awful experience, I will not return to this location. They need an entire overhaul from higher management down.

After an alignment they said that they couldn't put in the right measurements, but they charge the right amount... And the steering wheel now is turned, when I go straight... The technician that received the car was polite, attentive to the car problems, that gives you one more than poor.

She just called me that car is ready and no other words for future services or concerns I may have soon or later. No communications with customer at all.

Great with oil change. Hard to get information regarding the repair and then it took over 2 weeks for repair of transmission and till it returned to me. Communication between techs and service advisors needs improvement and then getting customer info.

I purchased the extended warranty because I was told they could waive the deductible and handle any issues. I just spent over $700 on diagnostics at another dealership because you could not diagnose washer issue and headlight malfunction. The headlight issue turned out to be the result of your used vehicle inspection missing the missing weathercap on it. I expected better, not perfection, but way better.

Dealership didn't reset my 'service' light after completing the job. Have to make an additional trip to reset service light.

Did not do what I asked them to do and then charge me $198 I went to get my radio updated. They did not update my radio and I really don't know what they did talking about a diagnostic for 190 something dollars.
