Just wanted to do a recap on my Maverick hybrid preorder that was process at MOGF, arrived and sold to another customer. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend. Salesman (Derrick) came out while I was looking at the car asked if I wanted the keys to check it out, handed me the keys, disappeared for 20 minutes then asked if I was ready to talk numbers. No test drive, no showing off features or anything. Had little knowledge about the car and not much skill as a salesperson. Just drove 2 hours to view a car. Offered me 18,000 less for my trade than their website did. What a joke. I know it's a sellers market but this place takes it to another level. Avoid at all costs.
I would leave ZERO stars or less if I could. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!! Even the sales MANAGERS care nothing about CUSTOMERS or Customer Service. Its sad that people are willing to spend thousands of dollars with you and you cannot even offer that one thing that is FREE for everyone. Our Ford experience started and ended here. In 2017 we traded in our BMW convertible for the Explorer sport at this dealership. At the time of trade in, the beamer had a recall and the sales guy argued he wouldn't be able to sell the car right away and told us we needed to get this fixed. We have been customers at Mall of Georgia Ford service department for many years. Have not always been displeased but have never been treated so badly that I would not go back to them UNTIL NOW! My husband had a sunroof motor replaced last month and was not completely satisfied with the work. Just drove from Alpharetta for a service appointment to replace a part that they first claimed was not removed before purchase, but it was. We arrive at 1 pm snd have to wait an hour for the loaner car, two hours later they call to say they don't have the part and we will have to reschedule for next week. Does anyone know what their doing?
Spent close to 50k with this dealer, didn't negotiate the deal because it was actually decent- but then you'll work w a salesman that will look at you in the eye and tell you you'll get a second key- only to find out 2.5 months after the deal closed, and after calling 8-10 times and emailing 7 times- with no response from this dealer- will you find out that their word is meaningless. Bait and switch dealership. Won't honor online pricing and try to steer you into another vehicle. Go to the Ford dealership in Winder. Much better
