Well the complex... (Verified Renter) Well the complex is almost 20 years old so things are beginning to breakdown. If person looking for apt can overlook that, then I would recommend.
Solid so far So far my experience with this rental and management have gone pretty much according to what on would expect. Mallard Crossing Spacious floor plan. Perfect for new families. Updated units. Pool, tennis, volleyball. Close to shopping, restaurants yet quiet neighboorhood. Great school district.

Horrible Maintenence and poor customer service Maintenaince is not upto the mark. their leasing office staff has limited knnowledge on their policies and poor communication. They treat as if they don't care

Avoid at all cost One of the worst. One of the perks the complex will try to sell you on is how they are a “gated community”, which is far from the truth. The gates hardly ever work and usually are left open. If you have an issue regarding your apartment good luck getting maintenance out check it out. You will have to file a request, call the hotline, then call the front office only to wait an additional 3 days before they send someone out. Disappointed Some people might think this place is great, but my daughter and I honestly wish we would have never moved here. If this place was high quality, I would not mind the high rent, but that’s definitely like the case and the reason I can’t wait to leave!

It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a wonderful community, however I am disappointed in the air/heat circulation issue I am having. No real solution except for me to have to pay money out of my pocket to fix it.
