I feel the... (Verified Renter) I feel the apartments need some updating. I would like to see the outside doors painted and the rest of the steps replaced.

Thank you so much for your review. I am happy to report that we have phase 3 of the stair replacement project underway. Once we get a little closer to the installation date we will be reaching out to the residents in the buildings that will be affected. As for painting of the apartment doors this is also something we are working towards getting completed.
