Just Renewed For Year 2 Property is clean and quiet, grounds are well maintained, neighbors are all friendly, and I love my space. Good value for the price. Have had positive interactions with all staff members I have encountered.

We are very happy. After owning a home for 40+ years we decided to downsize and leave the upkeep behind us. we looked at several properties before stopping in at Mallard Crossing in Loveland, Ohio. Kelley greeted us as we entered the office and even without an appointment she dropped what she was doing and showed us a couple of units and gave us an overview of the property.
