The Townhome was... (Verified Renter) The Townhome was very spacious with lots of storage as well as parking. It was almost perfect. The kitchen is a bit smaller than I'd like but the home itself makes up for that.

I've lived at... (Verified Renter) I've lived at Mallard Crossing for almost four years and my time here has been wonderful. I love the area, it's quiet and I feel safe, the people in the office are friendly and respond quickly to emails. Overall, I've never felt more safe and comfortable at an apartment complex than I do here.

Brittanny was very... (Verified Renter) Brittanny was very helpful. She made every effort to show me the apartment very helpful. I liked her way of dealing but unfortunatrly due to my work schedule my move in is delayed for couple of months else I would definitely stay here no doubt

When I viewed... (Verified Renter) When I viewed the apartments I was told I would receive pictures of the renovated versions but unfortunately, I didn't. In contrast with all the other places, I didn't receive printed materials that would remind me of my options and characteristics of the complex and only left with a Post-It note that I asked for so I could remember the highlights.
